METHOD FOR REINFORCING SLAB BRIDGE

PURPOSE: A method for reinforcing a slab bridge is provided to improve the load carrying capacity of the slab bridge by mounting a beam under the slab bridge fundamentally. CONSTITUTION: The reinforcing method for a slab bridge comprises a pedestal installation step for mounting plural pedestals(4) onto which both ends of a beam(5) are disposed; a beam installation step for disposing the beam on the pedestal so that the bottom plane of the beam closely contact with the top plane of the beam; an upper plate lifting step for making a slab(3) and the beam be moved as one body; an adhesive injection step for injecting an adhesive between the bottom plane of the slab and the top plane of the beam; a shoe device installation step for mounting a shoe device(7) for uniformly supporting the load of the slab; and an upper plate lowering step for disposing the both ends of the beam on the shoe device.
