PURPOSE: A device for removing foreign matters for a wiper blade is provided to always secure a clear field of vision by simply removing foreign matters inserted into a lower portion of a wiper blade. CONSTITUTION: A device for removing foreign matters for the wiper blade includes a sweeper(20) having a pressurizing end(22) being contact with a lower end contact part(2) of a wiper blade and arranged on the surface of a windshield, and an operation part for selectively moving the sweeper pushing foreign matters while the pressurizing end passes a lower end of the contact part. The operation part has a wire(32) having an end connected to a rear portion of the sweeper and the other end extending to a driver's seat, a guide(40) for guiding the sweeper to slide parallel with the surface of the windshield, and a tension spring(34) for maintaining the sweeper in a standing-by condition.
