PURPOSE: An insurance fee agreeing method using the Internet is provided to always agree an insurance fee through the Internet without the temporal and spatial limits by automatically informing a compensation manger of an electronic agreement and paying the agreed money through an online if the injured shows an intention to agree the decided money and the agreement. CONSTITUTION: The insurance fee agreeing system consists of an injury computer(100) checking the compensation money and the agreement paid by an insurance company and showing an intention to agree, a compensation manager terminal(120) registering the data related to an insurance company to be agreed through the Internet, requesting a calculation of money to be paid as an insurance fee, and transmitting data for requesting to pay the agreed compensation money by receiving the intention to agree from the injury computer, a host computer(130) calculating the compensation money, requesting to pay the insurance fee to an account through a common bank network(150), and converting the agreed accident data into an agreement file, and a web server(110) deciding the connection by displaying the converted agreement to the injury computer and transmitting the intention to agree to the compensation manger terminal.
