摘要 PURPOSE: A device and a method for measuring adherence and powdering property are provided to improve the reliability of a measurement result by controlling the intensity of radiation of a light source of a CCD(Charge Coupled Device) camera corresponding to the difference between the value of reflecting light and the optimal value of reflecting light. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring adherence and powering property of a plated surface includes an optical detecting processing unit(1) to detect the surface reflectance of the surface of a plated steel sheet and a control unit(2) to set up a light resource in the optimal state by comparing the detected surface reflectance to the optimal surface reflectance. The optical detecting processing unit has a light irradiator(11), a light source(12), a light detector(13), an A/D(Analog to Digital) converter(14), a CCD camera, and an image pickup(16). The control unit has a comparator(21) and a D/A(Digital to Analog) converter(23). If the intensity of reflecting light is weak or excessive, the output intensity of the light source for the CCD camera is controlled and the difference of reflecting lights is compensated.
