METHOD FOR PREDICTING PROPERTY OF HIGH POLYMER PRODUCT

PURPOSE: A method for predicting the property of a high polymer product is provided to easily predict the property of a high polymer product in a continuous type polymer machine and to monitor the states of respective processes. CONSTITUTION: A method for predicting the property of a high polymer product comprises the steps of calculating an average(CPEA) of the conditions of a final product in polymer machines of respective processes by theoretically determining the content and discharge of a product in a process and reflecting a stay time distribution to process variables and predicting the property of the product. The property of the product is predicted by inputting the average to various property predicting models.
