PURPOSE: A device for measuring the level of powder using an ultrasonic sensor is provided to accurately measure the level of powder in a powder tank by horizontally and vertically moving an ultrasonic sensor installed at the upper portion of the powder tank. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring the level of powder comprises a powder tank(50) to store powder(51), moving units horizontally and vertically installed at the upper portion of the powder tank, an ultrasonic sensor(60) installed on the moving units to emit ultrasonic waves to the powder and detect the signal reflected onto the powder, a pre-amplifier(61) to receive a signal from the ultrasonic sensor, an A/D(Analog to Digital) converter(62) to convert the signal amplified by the pre-amplifier into a digital signal, and a computer(63) to measure the level of the powder by receiving a signal from the A/D converter.
