Haplotypes of the il1rl1lg gene

Novel genetic variants of the Putative T1/ST2 Receptor Binding Protein (IL1RL1LG) gene are described. Various genotypes, haplotypes, and haplotype pairs that exist in the general United States population are disclosed for the IL1RL1LG gene. Compositions and methods for haplotyping and/or genotyping the IL1RL1LG gene in an individual are also disclosed. Polynucleotides defined by the haplotypes disclosed herein are also described.
