PURPOSE: Provided is a transfer paper which have a protective coating layer between a releasing layer and a print layer, whereby it is possible to protect the print layer from a strong solvent. CONSTITUTION: The transfer paper includes a base transfer paper(10) of a flexible PET film; a releasing layer(20) formed by applying a solution of epoxy, silicon, thermosetting resin, urethane, acryl, modified urethane or ethylenevinylacetate on the surface of the base transfer paper(10); a protective coating layer(30) formed by applying a mixture of the solution for releasing layer(20) and a curing agent; a print layer(40) formed by printing a pattern or letter using an ink of flexible type selected from solutions of epoxy, silicon, thermosetting resin, urethane, acryl, modified urethane or ethylenevinylacetate on the surface of the protective coating layer(30); and an adhesive layer(50) formed on the print layer(40).
