PURPOSE: A knowledge management method by supporting multiple languages on the Internet is provided to reduce the time for manual document writing work and the cost for computer systems for enterprises by producing contents and updating information on the Internet employing a database supported with multiple languages. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of an Internet user or a knowledge manager of an enterprise producing contents and updating information for enterprise management via a personal communication system(S200), a web server authenticating the user by receiving the data transmitted via the personal communication system(S300), the web server deciding the use of a predetermined language(S400), and the web server producing contents and updating information with the predetermined language(S500). If the Internet user selects one of multiple languages instead of the predetermined language(S420), the web server produces contents and updates information using the selected language(S430).
