THERMAL SHOCK TESTER EQUIPMENT USING TORCH

PURPOSE: A thermal shock tester equipment is provided to effectively test even when it requires prompt cooling of material and to conveniently practice desired processes concerned by using thermal torch and cooling element to conduct thermal shock test. CONSTITUTION: The equipment comprises a jig(2) to move and support test specimen(1); a torch(4) to heat the specimen(1) by igniting at a heating position of the specimen; air supply valve(7) and water supply valve(8) to cool the specimen by air or water; a chamber(13) to be opened/closed by a cover(14) and to allow the thermal test of the specimen(1); and an operational panel(16) to control operation of above elements. The equipment further includes a drainage hole(10) to discharge water, a water tank(11) to collect the drained water and a recycling pump(12) to return the collected water to the equipment.
