<p>PURPOSE: A recommendation system using multi-recommendation agents is provided to supply an individual service according to users and recommend desired contents such as a commodity using an automatic filtering technique. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of recommendation agents(64-67) supply a recommendation objected list to the user(61) and additional information with respect to each recommendation object. A user agent(62) possesses user basic information and influence information of the recommendation agents(64-67). A recommendation manager(63) selects at least one agent using the user basic information and influence information of the recommendation agents(64-67). If the recommended agent supplies a recommendation objected list and additional information with respect to a recommendation object, the recommendation manager(63) creates the final recommendation objected list. The recommendation manager(63) adjusts an influence of the recommended agent possessed by the user agent(62) in accordance with a response of the user.</p> |
