PURPOSE: A method and a system for cooperative buying capable to buy at the lowest price on the Internet are provided to make the cooperative buyers easy to obtain the buying information by inducing the goods providers to suggest first a price of goods. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of displaying a detail and a price of goods by receiving the detail and the price of the corresponding goods from the producers, selecting the goods for a cooperative buying referring to the displaying detail and price of goods, displaying the selected goods for cooperative buying on a bulletin board in order to gather the members wanting the cooperative buying, displaying the applying state of the members wanting the cooperative buying and the corresponding price the price changes of the cooperative buying, deciding a final price of the cooperative buying goods after the preset period, and executing a reverse auction to the sellers by using the decided final price of the cooperative buying goods.
