The fixture, secured against loss, for connecting metal plates, has a head with upper and lower sides, and a shaft with a thread over its entire length fitted on the underside of the head. It is used for connecting metal plates and has a head (20) with upper and lower sides. A shaft (10) with a thread (13) over its entire length is fitted on the underside of the head. There are several small, integrated, inclined angle blocks (23) on the underside of the head, separated from one another by flat uninterrupted sections of the head. The angle blocks project axially from the head, in order to engage with the workpiece. Each angle block defines a vertex. The shaft has a first section (11) and in the structural unit a second inclined section (15). Each inclined angle block has an incision.
