The compounds of formula I may be used in the treatment of disorders of the serotonin system and conditions such as migraines, headaches, anxiety, depression, memory and learning disorders, neurodegenerative diseases, cancer, cerebral infarct, pain and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. In formula I: Ar is phenyl, napthyl, benzoxozolonyl, indolyl, indolonyl, benzimidizolyl, quinolyl, furyl, benzofuryl, thienyl, benzothienyl, oxazolyl, benzoxazolyl; Ar1 is phenyl, pyridinyl, pyridazinyl, pyrimidinyl, pyrazinyl; A is O, S, SO, SO2, C=O, CHOH or -(CR3R4)-; wherein R3 and R4 is hydrogen, methyl, ethyl or propyl; and n is 0, 1 or 2; wherein Ar and Ar1 may be substituted.
