PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable, by a simple constitution, an accurate judgement of whether or not a fault occurs in a back flow preventing function of a check valve provided in a refrigerant channel. SOLUTION: A control circuit reads (steps A1 to A4) a refrigerant inlet side temperature T1 and a refrigerant outlet side temperature T2 of an evaporator for a cold storage partition at each predetermined time during a period in which a refrigerating cycle is in a first operation mode (in an operation mode in which a refrigerant supplied from a compressor via a condenser is supplied to the evaporator for the cold storage partition via a capillary tube and then recovered to the compressor), judges the effect that the fault occurs in the back flow preventing function of the check valve when the temperature T2 becomes higher by a predetermined temperature Ts or higher than the temperature T1, and outputs a back flow sensing signal (steps A6 and A7).
