The controller also comprises an electronic mail header reading-out means 109 for checking whether or not the information on the reserved operation of the equipment is contained in the confirmed electronic mail, and an equipment control information preparing means 110 for controlling the operation of the equipment in accordance with the checked results of the reading-out means 109.
