PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide auxiliary information for efficiently using an information transmitting means by knowing the number of mails which are stored in a reception side storage device and are not opened, the inferred value of a opening time presented from a reception side opening time estimating device, and a specific message from a recipient to a caller or the like. SOLUTION: The estimated value of a opening time since a new reception mail is received, until the received mail is opened by a recipient is transmitted from a reception side device to a transmission side device; and with at least one information of the number of mails which are stored in the mail storage device of the reception side device without being opened, the estimated value of the opening time presented from the reception side device; and a specific message from the reception side device to the transmission side device is received from the reception side device and displayed, before the mail is transmitted by the transmission side device.
