PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for an air conditioner capable of being set to energy saving operation. SOLUTION: By providing with a remote control 11 to set a set temperature and an upper limit setting means 12 to set an upper limit value in a temperature set range through given operation by a remote control 11, a set temperature can not be set to a higher value by a utilizer during heating and energy saving operation of heating operation is practicable.
