The invention concerns a method and a device for partially or completely separating or enriching concentration of one or several compounds contained in a mixture of gaseous or liquid constituents. The method consists in: introducing, by effect of pressure, the fluid containing several types of molecules in a helical conduit (1) with multiple turns and subjecting it to a forced trajectory enabling to reach high rotational speeds, one or several outlet orifices (3) being placed on the wall and connected to recuperating elements (11), each orifice being equipped with a flow regulating system (10) only allowing through a flow rate equal to the flow rate calculated at said site of the molecules of one selected constituent of the mixture, at a likewise selected concentration. The invention mainly aims at producing filtering equipment for separating chemical or gaseous compounds, or for preparing products with enriched concentration relative to their initial concentration.
