REFLECTION TYPE LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflection type liquid crystal display device in which uniform and high luminance can be obtained even in low power consumption and a moire phenomenon can be prevented and which can be made thinner and lighter in weight. SOLUTION: The reflection type liquid crystal display device includes a light source part 11 generating light, a light guide part 21 provided on one side of the light source part and making the light generated by the light source part incident uniformly in the direction of an LCD panel part 32 and the LCD panel part provided at a lower part of the light guide part. The reflection type liquid crystal display device having the uniform and high luminance can be realized even if the light source in low power consumption is used by disposing the light source part generating the light and the light guide part uniformly guiding the light generated by the light source part in the LCD panel part. Then the moire phenomenon can be prevented by forming a pattern 20 having an array and a shape capable of preventing the moire phenomenon on the upper part surface of the light guide part and the uniform and high luminance can be obtained even in low power consumption, while the thickness and the weight of the entire liquid crystal display device is minimized.
