PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable integration for especially high cost performance on an IC concerning a high frequency oscillator having sufficient phase noises in 5-6 GHz bands. SOLUTION: In the high frequency oscillator, with which a reference oscillator is connected to a phase frequency detector for frequency control, having the reference oscillator, the phase frequency detector, a charge pump, a ring oscillator and a phase-locked loop circuit provided with a frequency divider, the ring oscillator is made a symmetric delay cell oscillator having two delay cell amplifiers (A1 and A2). |
