SOLUTION: For inquiry information regarding a registered lease contract, whether or not it can be a tender object item is judged (step S3003). In the case of becoming the tender object item, a selecting processing for selecting the investor matched with the tender object item from the plural investors is performed (step S3007). The respective extracted investors are provided with the information of a tender request for investment conditions for the tender object item (step S3009). The investment conditions are gathered (step S3011) and the investor to invest in the item is decided (step S3013). |
