The server consists of a merchandise information data database 6 for storing the merchandise information and the shop information holding the merchandise, a shop location information database 7 for storing the addresses of the contracted shops of merchandise inventory information databases 8, 9, 10, etc., for storing the shop location information and the inventory situation of the shop merchandise and a registered mobile terminal information database 12 for storing the telephone number and the location information of the mobile terminal.
