PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-efficiency and high quality power receiving/ distributing equipment testing apparatus for a network, which enables checking for a function test of three principle elements in a power receiving/distributing equipment for the network system as a whole. SOLUTION: The testing apparatus carries out function tests for network relays installed in respective circuits of the network, in which a plurality of circuits led out via respective transformers are connected to a common network bus separately via a protective breaker. The tester is provided with a first group of switches (5a-5c) for selectively applying a test voltage to the plurality of circuits (141-143); a switch (5f) for applying a voltage equal to the test voltage to the network bus (12); a second group of switches (5g-5i) for selectively applying a voltage which is dropped via resistors (4 and 6) to be lower than the test voltage to the plurality of circuits; and a switch (5j) for applying a voltage; which is dropped via a resistor to be lower than the test voltage, to the network bus. |
