<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit stabilized elimination of an electrostatic charge on an object as a electrostatic charge eliminating device and increase the throughput of a reaction as a physicochemical reaction accelerating device. SOLUTION: The ion mixing ratio maintaining device comprises (1) a generation source 2 of variation in ion mixing ratio arranged in an ion mixed air mass 1 continuously formed, (2) a conductive member 3 which is arranged in the ion mixed air mass 1 and combines an ion absorbing electrode which sets the ion mixing ratio of the ion mixed air mass 1 according to voltage applied with an ion mixing ratio variation sensor which grasps a varied state of the ion mixing ratio as an electric signal through wave propagation, and (3) an ion mixing ratio control power source which analyzes ion mixing ratio variation information from the conductive member 3 to apply voltage for maintaining the ion mixing ratio of the ion mixed air mass 1 within a standard range to the conductive member 3, and always maintains the mixing ration of the ion mixed air mass 1 within the standard range.</p> |
