PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve easy design and inexpensive supply to stiffness request of a piezoelectric actuator, since there is no backlash at a rotary section (support) for improved accuracy, the service life is longer than before, and structure is simple in a lever-type piezoelectric actuator enlarging mechanism, to increase the transfer efficiency of force, and to prevent cracks of the piezoelectric actuator for improving reliability by using hard ball at the interlock section between the piezoelectric actuator and an enlarging arm. SOLUTION: Inner and outer wheels are provided at a rotation center; the ball with a larger size than the gap between the inner and outer wheels is inserted; the backlash of the outer and inner wheels is reduced to zero by the strain of the ball; and at the same time, wear is minimized by rolling friction, thus achieving long-term stable use. Also, the length of a bearing can be lengthened, the number of hard balls can be increased, and the size of the inner and outer wheels and hard ball can be changed for easily increasing the stiffness. In addition, by using a hard ball in the interlock section, the transfer efficiency of force for preventing the crack of the piezoelectric actuator is increased.
