PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve image quality, to realize fine pitch without deteriorating quality at low cost and to easily form a light shielding layer so that work efficiency is enhanced. SOLUTION: This transmission type screen is equipped with base material 11 having ionizing radiation transmittance, a 1st diffusion means 12 provided on either surface of the material 11, and a 2nd diffusion means 14 provided on the other surface of the material 11, and includes a dispersing agent 11a in at least one of the material 14, the 1st diffusion means 11 and the 2nd diffusion means 14.
