PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flush toilet apparatus which can decrease impact sound of a jet on a trap drain without degrading its excrement discharging ability. SOLUTION: The siphon jet-type toilet stool 1 has the trap drain 4 and a jet hole 34. The trap drain 4 connects an ascending pipe line 4b ascending from an inlet port 5 to a weir portion 4a, and a descending pipe line 4c extending from the weir portion 4a to a lower discharge port 6. The jet hole 34 jets flush water in a direction almost in parallel with the ascending pipe line 4c. The toilet stool is comprised of an impact sound cushioning material 27 which is arranged on an inner wall of the trap drain 4, for cushioning impact sound generated when flush water jetted from the jet hole 34 collides on the trap drain 4.
