PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the display of information such as an advertisement toward a specific region other than information such as an advertisement by a digital television broadcasting wave, using a digital television broadcasting receiver. SOLUTION: One portion of the data signal of digital television broadcasting waves is set to server address display information for controlling information such as an advertisement, the digital television broadcasting receiver is connected to a server for controlling information such as an advertisement using the address display information, the display information of receiver registration items including the specific region is transmitted from the digital television broadcasting receiver side to the server for controlling information such as an advertisement in that state, the display information of a receiver number is transmitted from the server for controlling information such as an advertisement to the digital television broadcasting receiver side through the server, and receiver number display information is transmitted from the digital television broadcasting receiver side while the digital television broadcasting receiver is being connected to the server for controlling information such as an advertisement, thus transmitting the display information of information such as an advertisement toward the specific region is received by the digital television broadcasting receiver from the server for controlling information such as an advertisement, and hence obtaining the display of information such as an advertisement toward the specific region in the digital television broadcasting receiver.
