SOLUTION: This image file processor executes a step of detecting operation for supplying an information image file to a second control area 402 from a first control area 401, a step of displaying an image on the second control area 402 on the basis of image related information included in the information image file, when supplying the information image file to the second control area 402, a step of monitoring access to the image and a step executed by making access to the file existing in a prescribed pointer or a file prestored in a local storage means, on the basis of the image related information which corresponds to the image, when making access to the image.
