The cover material for flat roofs, comprises a plastic sheeting with an attached layer of fleece which is provided with a thin plastic layer serving as a contact surface for adhesive on the roof structure. An Independent claim is also included for method for producing such a cover material. It involves attachment of the fleece to the plastic sheeting during the thermoplastic forming process of the sheeting.
