PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make efficient the management of credit document concluded in financial operation. SOLUTION: The credit document management system has a host computer 10 which manages main information of the financial operation, a managing computer 1 which can obtain and save data regarding credit documents outputted by the host computer 10 in a credit document database 6 and also retrieve it, input means 2 and 3 which inputs information specifying a credit document to the managing computer 1, storage shelves 8 which file and store credit documents at specific positions, and output means 4 and 5 which output a warehousing or delivery instruction from the managing computer 1, and retrieves and outputs the management state of a corresponding basic written contract when the individual written contract is newly warehoused. |
