PLATFORM GUIDE VANE HAVING CORRESPONDING SHAPE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved fan-exit guide vane having improved aerodynamic efficiency by improving the attachment of the vane to a ring. SOLUTION: The fan-exit guide vane comprises outside and inside platforms integrated with their shapes corresponding to the arched side faces thereof and multiple attachment bosses provided on the platforms. For more aerodynamic efficiency, side portions of the platforms are arched so that their shapes correspond to the side faces of the vane. The multiple attachment bosses improve the attachment of the vane to the corresponding supporting ring.
