PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting element having high luminous efficiency, high brightness, and excellent color purity. SOLUTION: The element emitting light with electrical energy has a luminescent substance between a positive electrode and a negative electrode. The element itself includes at least one sort of organic phosphors among an organic phosphor having a pyrene skeleton introduced with a substitution group having high volume, and an organic phosphor having the pyrene skeleton introduced with a substitution group which has a higher volume by three-dimensional solid rebounding against other substitution groups or the pyrene skeleton.
