PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch device that enables a variety of selected operation and offers propers operation. SOLUTION: In the switching device, when the lid 11 is in closed state to the case 2, the first depressing switch S1 is operated by the sliding action of the operating member 13; and when the lid 11 is in open state to the case 2, the first pressing switch S1 is enabled to be operated manually, without having to use the operating member 13. Thereby, in both open and close state of the lid 11, the first pressing switch S1 can be operated, and a variety of selected operation can be made.
