PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing flavor-packed chicken meat, thereby removing a smell peculiar to the chicken meat, preventing obesity and adult diseases, and cooking a chicken dish easily. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: preserving pretreated chicken meat with a mixed sauce of refined salt, sugar, synthetic flavoring agent, pepper, diced garlic, chili powder, diced ginger and the like, at 5 deg.C for 15 hours to remove a smell peculiar to the chicken meat; heating it at 100-150 deg.c for 30-60 minutes in an oven to remove fat; and vacuum packing it with a flavoring sauce consisting of chili paste, sugar syrup, chili powder, pepper, a synthetic flavoring agent, sesame oil, sugar, sesame seeds, diced garlic, onions, starch, apple vinegar and the like. |
