The invention relates to a shearlegs folding chair for fishing and hunting comprising a fix leg (1) and two mobile legs (2) attached with screws (16) to some plates (3 and 4) the mobile legs (2) being stabilized with some stabilizing rods (7) attached with screws (8) to the lower section of the legs (2) while at the upper section are attached to the seat (6), the two mobile legs (2) fold or pack up in a left-right movement by means of a link (5) mounted under the seat (6) that is fastened to the plate (3) by means of a steel bolt (9) by a 90 degree rotation vertically, the seat (6) taking a vertical stick-like position while in order to turn into the seat of the chair horizontally the said plate is attached by some springs (10) to the bolt (9) fastened to the plate (3) and to the seat (6).
