PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable water stop cover easily manufacturable according to an eccentric quantity, the eccentric direction and a diametral difference in a cable. SOLUTION: In this cable water stop cover 3 for installing one end fastening part 4a in close contact on an outer peripheral surface of the cable 1 and the other end fastening part 4b in close contact on an outer peripheral surface of an installing pipe 2, cylindrical members 5a and 5b are arranged between the outer peripheral surface of the cable 1 and/or the outer peripheral surface of the installing pipe 2 and the fastening parts 4a and 4b.
