PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts while working and assembling are easy, at a lower cost for easy attaching/detaching, and to prevent a connection pin from dropping while in use. SOLUTION: Related to the connection structure for a watch, a case connection part 2 provided at a watch case 1 and a band connection part 4a provided at a band 4 adjoin each other in lateral direction, and engagement holes 3 and 6 which communicate each other in lateral direction are provided at the connection parts, respectively. A connection pin 7 for integrate the watch case 1 with the band 4 communicates with the engagement holes 3 and 6 together. A coil spring 8 is inserted into at least one of the engagement holes 3 and 6, for engagement at the inside-diameter part of the coil spring 8 while the connection pin 7 is so inserted in the inside diameter of the coil spring 8 as to bridge both engagement holes 3 and 6. An engagement 7a is provided on one side or on both sides of the connection pin 7 so that the pin 7 is rotated.
