PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floorboard form structure for a beam bridge restraining field work manhours, dispensing with timbering work, eliminating the possibility of falling of concrete, easily performing execution work and superior in safety. SOLUTION: This floorboard form structure for the beam bridge is provided with a steel plate l extended between beams 22 and 22 on a pier arranged at a prescribed interval and having plural hole parts in the extending direction, reinforcement holding members 4 inserting fixing members 6 into the hole parts and fixed to the steel plate 1 by calking the fixing members 6 and reinforcements 8 fixed to the respective reinforcement holding members 4 so as to connect the mutual plural reinforcement holding members 4 arranged and fixed in the steel plate extending direction and longitudinally and laterally arranged by being fixed to the respective reinforcement holding members 4 in the almost orthogonal direction to the steel plate extending direction.
