摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more effectively cool the heating part in a motor, located on the side of one end of the output shaft thereof by the air taken from the side of the other end. SOLUTION: An air flow path 29 for guiding cooling air from the side of the base 20a of the output shaft 20 to a brush 28 and a commutator 25 located on the side of the tip 20b is formed inside the motor portion 12 integrally formed on the base 11 of a blower unit 10. The air flow path 29 is formed by the inner circumferential face 17a of a yoke 17, the circumferential end faces 18a of two field magnets 18 adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction, and the outer circumferential face 21a of an armature 21 so that the air flow path extends in the direction of the axis of the output shaft 20. Owing to the air flow path 29, the brush 28 and the commutator 25, which are not otherwise cooled by directly letting the air in the blower case 13 from the tip 20b of the output shaft 20 into the motor portion 12, are effectively cooled.
