摘要 The invention relates to electrothermics and can be used for induction heating devices in various branches, namely for vertical induction crucible melting furnaces, horizontal induction crucible melting furnaces, submerged-resister induction furnaces and also for heating devices for surface hardening, through heating blank parts prior to the pressure shaping thereof (rolling, hammering, binding and welding). Said invention can be also used for heating chemical reactors. The aim of the invention is to increase the coefficient of efficiency of the inductor-heated body system, in addition to expand the functional capabilities of the device for heating articles having different shapes including external, internal cylindrical and flat surfaces. The invention reduces specific energy consumption, the power consumption of a converter and decreases the total cost of the induction heating device. The inventive inductor for the induction heating device comprises a hollow inducing wire which is embodied in a bimetallic form along the entire active part thereof and cooled from the inside by a cooling agent. Said hollow inducing wire has a composite cross section, and at least one part of the cross section is made of copper with a specific electrical conductivity equal to (22-55) 10<6> 1/ Ohm m, and with a relative magnetoconductivity ranging from 1 to 3. The inductor also comprises buslines and ramp shoes supplying power to the inducing wire. The other part of the cross section of the inducing wire is made of a material with specific electrical conductivity which is equal to or higher than 150 1/Ohm m, i.e. a low carbon structural steel, a silicon steel or an iron-nickel alloy. The copper part of the inducing wire is oriented towards a heated surface of the heated body.
