Several pairs (1,1',1) of films are welded simultaneously in a stack with heat and pressure applied by welding bars (2,3). Additional heat is supplied by heat sources (4,4',4) interleaved between the pairs, e.g. by heating tapes (9,9',9) wrapped round sheet metal supports (8,8',8). |
