A 1-butene copolymer which satisfies the descriptions in the following items (1'')-(4''), and which provides a molded product reduced in stickiness and excellent in soft and transparent properties: (1'') Crystalline resin having a melting point (Tm-P) which is defined as the peak top of a peak observed on the highest temperature side of a melting-heat absorbing curve obtained by using a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), and which is not observed or 0-100<C. (2'') A stereoregularity index { (mmmm) / (mmrr + rmmr) } is up to 20. (3'') A molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) measured by a gel permeation chromatograph (GPC) method is up to 4.0. (4'') A weight average molecular weight (Mw) measured by a GPC method is 10,000-1,000,000.
