PURPOSE: A method for seeking for lost article or lost children using identifiers is provided to easily seek a missing child's parents using a tag, in which an identifier is written and which is attached to the missing child's wear or hat. CONSTITUTION: A company joins safeboy.com, a missing child and article retrieval system, and acquires a license for the use of identifier-written tags(101). The company pays the rental fee to the missing child and article retrieval system(102). The company attaches identifier-written tags to commodities the company manufactures, and sells them to purchasers through agencies or stores(103). A purchaser buys a commodity, accesses the retrieval system through the Internet, and registers the identifier written in the tag attached to the commodity together with his personal information in the database of the retrieval system(104). In case that a child wearing the commodity is missing, a person or a policeman who is detecting and protecting him accesses the retrieval system and requests the system to confirm the details of the identifier written in the tag(105).
