<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To need no metal mold for formation of coils, ease trial manufacturing and changing of winding number during design and development, shorten the development time, reduce the development cost, lower the production unit price and reduce an electrostatic capacity distributing among coils. SOLUTION: This planar transformer is provided with electric wire coils which are formed by piling up adjoining electric wires wound spirally plural times so that they may be in contact with each other, and by connecting a plurality of unit wire coils 7 which are entirely like a flat plate ring; and a conductor plate coil which is formed by connecting a plurality of unit conductor plate coils 9 like a flat plate ring. The unit wire coils and unit conductor plate coils are alternately piled up in a manner that their coils are in face to face with each other.</p> |
