<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ignition coil superior in the durability and reliability capable of inhibiting the leakage generated between a secondary coil and a coil core, and preventing the corrosion of a coil case or the like accommodating a primary coil and the secondary coil, and an ignition device using the same. SOLUTION: This ignition coil 100 comprises a coil part 10 formed by accommodating the primary coil 12 and the secondary coil 14, and packing an insulating mold layer 16 inside of the coil case 15, and the coil core C having a center core part 20 and a yoke part 30, and the coil core C is mounted on the engine body by a mounting part while insulated from an engine body. The mounting part and an insulating packing part 60 for at least partially burying a gap S formed between the coil part 20 and the coil core C opposite to each other, are integrally formed by the injection molded with a high molecular material.</p> |
