PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To meet an earnest request for a healthy termite-proofing method causing no environmental load without using a termite-proofing agent since a conventional termite-proofing method, which centers on a chemical treating method for underfloor soil and wood parts with chemicals, is unstable in performance and work execution with a short chemical effective period and loaded with health damage and secondary pollution problems at every reprocessing while being subject to the intrusion of termites in methods of using a termite return plate, scattering crushed stones and dry sand flat under the floor, spreading glass cloth, a metal plate or wire gauze under the floor as method of not using the chemicals. SOLUTION: In this termite intrusion preventing method for shutting out a termite intrusion route from the underfloor ground of a building with continuous footing structure to a building structure body via an underfloor structure body, a termite-proof layer 20 filled with a non-edible intrusion impeding material, a clearance filling means, an auxiliary floor plate, an intrusion shielding plate 26, a termite-proof sealing material, a termite resistant tape material 33, and the like are formed at a clearance opening part 10 which is an intrusion route, an intrusion area, and the like to shut out the intrusion side from non-intrusion side to thereby impede the intrusion of the termites.
