PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jointing auxiliary member for a high strength bolt joint part that can facilitate interposing work between a base material and a splice plate or the like. SOLUTION: A plurality of linear and parallel edge-like protrusions 4 or shouldered edge-like protrusions, or annular, spiral, radial, grated or combinedly shaped edge-like protrusions or shouldered edge-like protrusions are formed over a maximum range to which the influence of fastening force of one high strength bolt is extended around each bolt hole 2, on both faces of a thin plate body 3 having strength and hardness not less than those of a base material 5 and a splice plate 6 and having an area sized to include two or more bolt holes 2 corresponding to the bolt holes of the base material 5 and the splice plate 6.
