PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the simple structure of a joint, which is not taken as a weakness in the strength of a structure, and a construction method therefor. SOLUTION: The structure of the joint is composed of a concrete member having a joint end surface wherefrom a plurality of short fibers protrude. The construction method for the structure of the joint is constituted as follows: the short fibers are buried in a base material weaker in adhesion than concrete in such a manner that part of the short fibers protrude from the base material; the base material is disposed on the surface taken as the joint end surface of the concrete member so that the surface, wherefrom the short fibers protrude, can be located on the side of the placing of the concrete; the concrete is placed; after the curing of the concrete, the base material is removed so as to construct the concrete member; and the concrete is placed on the joint end surface wherefrom the short fibers of the concrete member protrude. On this occasion, the concrete member includes a buried form.
